D. Financial Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing, payout handling, and related compliance checks are conducted by regulated third-party providers. Accounting and invoicing services may be facilitated through external accounting software providers.

We may collect precise or approximate geolocation data from your device to:

Enable check-in and check-out verification

You may disable location access through your device settings, though certain features of the Platform may not function properly without it.

TERMS OF SERVICE1. Platform Role
Gigzshift Ltd. ("Gigzshift", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates a technology platform that connects independent service providers (“Professionals”) with businesses seeking short-term, shift-based services (“Businesses”).
Gigzshift is solely a technology marketplace and does not:
- Employ Professionals
- Act as a staffing agency or manpower provider
- Supervise or control the performance of services
- Guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of services
Professionals provide services directly to Businesses, and Businesses contract directly with Professionals through the Platform.2. Independent Contractor Relationship
Professionals are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Gigzshift.
Gigzshift does not:
- Withhold taxes on behalf of Professionals
- Provide employment benefits
- Control work schedules or service methods
- Assume employer responsibilities
Professionals are solely responsible for:
- Tax reporting and payment
- Required licenses and certifications
- Insurance coverage where applicable3. Account Registration and Verification
Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
Gigzshift may require identity verification, business verification, or certification documentation as a condition of accessing certain features of the Platform.
Gigzshift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet verification requirements.4. Payments and Fees
A. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through regulated third-party payment service providers.
Gigzshift does not directly hold user funds in its operating bank account.
Funds paid by Businesses are processed and held in accordance with the payment provider’s safeguarded account structure until disbursement.
B. Platform Fees
Gigzshift charges a commission fee (currently 10%) on each completed shift. The commission is deducted automatically prior to payout to the Professional.
C. Payouts
Payouts to Professionals are initiated after:
- Confirmation of shift completion, or
- Expiration of the applicable dispute period
Gigzshift may delay or suspend payouts in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or legal compliance requirements.5. Disputes Between Users
Gigzshift may provide a dispute resolution mechanism but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes between Businesses and Professionals.
Gigzshift reserves the right to:
- Suspend funds pending investigation
- Reverse transactions where permitted
- Cooperate with payment providers in chargeback investigations6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Circumvent the Platform to avoid commission fees
- Provide false verification documents
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Violate applicable labor, tax, or licensing laws
Gigzshift may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.7. Limitation of Liability
Gigzshift is not liable for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of services provided
- Acts or omissions of Professionals or Businesses
- Workplace injuries or damages arising during shifts
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigzshift’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Gigzshift in the three months preceding the claim.8. Data Protection and Privacy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.9. Regulatory Compliance
Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including labor laws, licensing requirements, and tax regulations.Gigzshift operates solely as a technology intermediary and does not assume regulatory obligations applicable to employers, staffing agencies, or licensed service providers.10. Modifications
Gigzshift reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
